Study Island - Grade-level activities your child can access FROM HOME!
Parents! Judson & Brown students can now access their Study Island accounts from home! Study Island is a program allowing students to practice grade-level content that lines up directly with standards tested on state tests. The program keeps track of progress and mastery of each area. Kids LIKE the games; teachers and parents like the academic content. It's a win-win situation!

Student username and password is the same as their AR information: username: firstname lastname
password: the student's initials (two letters only)
Math Facts In a Flash
Judson & Brown has Math Facts In a Flash, a program to help children speed up their math fact memorization.
This program can be accessed FROM HOME! Your child can practice her addition, subtraction, multiplication or division facts online and get ready for her classroom facts tests. You can even print out flashcards! If you are unsure of which facts your child needs to be working on, ask your child's teacher. Or, log in to the program and check her status there.
To play from home,click here.Students use their Accelerated Reader username (firstname lastname) and password (their initials) to log in. Then, click on the "Math" tab in the upper right, and then "Start Working" on the right-hand side.
AR reader certification criteria
Parents - Many of you have asked for a list of what students must do to reach each certification level in Accelerated Reader. If you would like this information, just click here.
Each level is different, so read carefully. If you don't know which level your child is currently working toward, please contact his or her teacher.
In addition, you may access your child's current Accelerated Reader account using our Home Connect feature. Click here to view your child's recent TOPS reports and cumulative quiz scores.

Each student should know his or her AR book level range. (Contact their teacher if they don't.) You can search by book level, by author or title, and even print out a list of titles!
